The insured person who has paid contributions to unemployment insurance for not less
than 24 months of which 9 continuously prior to his/or her dismissal from employment
shall be eligible for an unemployment benefit
The rate of an unemployment benefit shall be calculated based on insured wages or
earnings and length of employment

The minimum unemployment benefit shall not be les than 75 percent of the minimum
wage fixed by the Government.
The unemployment benefit shall be paid to the insured for a duration of 76 working days commencing on the following day of registration with the social insurance office as stipulated in the Labor code.
THE INSURED PERSON QUALIFIED FOR AN UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT SHALL BE RETRAINED WITHIN 6 MONTHS ON BECOMING UNEMPLOYED. IF THE RE-TRAINEE WAS NOT ENGAGED IN EMPLOYMENT meanwhile, he/or she can be retrained again in 2 years.
