ELIGIBILITY FOR SICKNESS BENEFIT:
The insured person shall be eligible for a sickness benefit, provided he or she has paid contributions of benefits insurance for a period of 3 months and more prior to the loss of capacity for work caused by a non- occupational disease or accident.
RATE OF SICKNESS BENEFIT:
Employer or social insurance organization (inspector) will calculate a sickness benefit for the insured person at the following percentages for each work day:

The sickness benefit for the first give days of incapacity for work shall be paid by employer, commencing from the sixth day until the day on which capacity rehabilitated or eligibility for an invalidity pension acquired, the Social Insurance Organization shall pay the benefit for 7 working days, and in case of several occurrence of sickness per once calendar year, the benefit shall be paid for 132 working days.
ELIGIBILITY FOR MATERNITY BENEFIT:
Compulsory or voluntary insured mothers, who have paid contributions of benefits insurance for not less than 12 months, of which six continuously prior to the maternity leave shall be eligible for a maternity benefit.
RATE & LENGTH OF MATERNITY BENEFIT:
The maternity benefit shall be paid out of the Social Insurance Fund for a period of four months to the compulsory insured mother at the rate of 100% and to the voluntary insured mother at the rate of 70 percent her last twelve month insurable wages.
ELIGIBILITY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT:
The insure person who has paid contributions to unemployment insurance for not less than 24 months of which 9 continuously prior to his/or her dismissal from employment shall be eligible for an unemployment benefit.
RATE OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT:
The rate of an unemployment benefit shall be calculated based on insured wages or earnings and length of employment.

The minimum unemployment benefit shall not be less than 75 percent of the minimum wage fixed by the Government.
LENGTH OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT:
The unemployment benefit shall be paid to the insured for a duration of 87 working days commencing on the following day of registration with the social insurance office as stipulated in the Labor code.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TRAINING:
The insured person qualified for an unemployment benefit shall be retrained within 8 months on becoming unemployed. If the re-trainee was not engaged in employment meanwhile, he/or she can be retrained again in 2 years.
